The Welsh Government has adopted the Challenge Award Framework as their Quality Standards. Schools in Wales should use the ten Quality Standards set out in Meeting the Challenge, produced by NACE for the Welsh Assembly Government and distributed free to all schools in Wales in 2008.  These standards are based on the ten elements of the Challenge Award, with some amendments to take account of differences in policy between England and Wales.
