A day designed to help classroom practitioners, Co-ordinators and Senior Leaders

- The pupil voice in shaping teaching and learning (Element 4)
- Strategies for challenge and extension in everyday lessons (Elements 4 and 3)
- Identifying and tackling underachievement (Elements 5, 2& 4)
- Formative assessment approaches to enable deep learning (Elements 3,4)
- A strategic approach to developing a Curriculum Design for creativity and challenge (Element 4)
- Working with parents and partners (Elements 9, 2 & 4)
- Exceptionally able pupils (Elements 7 and 4)
- Developing student led learning (Elements 4 and 8)
Seminars and Presentations on:
- Developing practice in secondary phase settings: Using the Departmental Guidance Materials (Elements 1 & 10)
- What are the pastoral needs of able pupils? How can we meet them in our school? (Element 4c)
- What is Good Learning (Element 4, 1 & 10)
- Using data to help improve provision and learning (Elements 3,4 & 10)
Network and view portfolios of evidence and the exhibition:
- View awarded schools’ portfolios to see how to structure your evidence
- The largest national collection of A,G&T publications and resources for teachers.
