Belle Wallace is Past President of the National
Association for Able Children (NACE); Editor of 'Gifted
Education International' (UK: AB Academic Publishers); and
a well-known national and international consultant on all
aspects of provision for Gifted and Talented Children.
Belle has been a member of the Executive Committee for the
World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (WCGTC) and
has published extensively in the field. Her particular interest lies in the development of problem-solving curricula across the full range of human abilities for all levels of students. |

Her most recent major contributions to the education of Gifted Disadvantaged Learners have been, firstly, as Co-Editor of 'Diversity in Gifted Education: International perspectives on global issues (Routledge 2006), and secondly, as
Designer/Senior Author of a whole school series of multi-racial learning materials (48 books) to develop language and thinking: 'Language in My World' and 'Reading in My World' (Nasou Via Africa (PTY) LTD, Cape Town, SA 1995 ff). |
Recently, Belle has also produced a series of thinking skills books which develop topics from the National Curriculum Framework (UK) for Early Years, Primary and Middle Years (NACE/Fulton Pub). |
