The session will provide the opportunity to reflect on your own school’s strengths and areas for development. Delegates will leave with ideas for practical next steps and a review tool to aid action planning.

There will also be the opportunity to learn more about how NACE works, and how it can support your school develop policy and practice for the more able.

Course leader
The session will be led by NACE Associate Helen Green. With over 15 years' experience as a primary school teacher, senior leader and now an education consultant, Helen provides training and support with a focus on developing learning and teaching for more able learners and the wider application of challenge across the curriculum.
