| Fran Sorapure has over 20 years’ experience in primary education, including as Head of School at an outstanding North London primary. As More Able Lead at St Michael’s, she guided the school through a successful NACE re-accreditation. A Certified Coach ACC with the International Coaching Federation, Fran specialises in leadership coaching and professional development, working with teachers and leaders to unlock potential and drive impact. She is also an experienced trainer, workshop facilitator and Link Tutor, supporting PGCE trainee teachers. Fran is passionate about nurturing both staff and pupils and brings practical insight and a proven track record of raising aspirations and achievement. |
