GovernanceThe National Association for Able Children in Education (NACE) is a charitable company limited by guarantee incorporated and registered in England under company number 06604325. It is governed by its Articles of Association and detailed regulations made under the Articles. NACE’s registered office address is Horticulture House, Manor Court, Chilton, Didcot, OX11 0RN. Board of trusteesThe charity’s Articles of Association specifies that the number of Trustees shall be not less than three, with no maximum. One third (or the number nearest one third) of the Trustees must retire every two years, those longest in office retiring first and the choice between any of equal service being made by drawing lots. A Chairman and Vice Chair are appointed. The Members may at any time by ordinary resolution appoint as a Trustee a person who is eligible under Article 3.2 and is willing to act as a Trustee. CommitteesThe Trustees have the power to delegate any of their functions to committees consisting of two or more individuals appointed by them.
