| Rob is an Assistant Headteacher and Trust Lead for Careers and Destinations and Higher Ability Provision, and Director of Maiden Erlegh Institute. He oversees the schools’ Behaviour Hub designation, the Thames Valley Challenge Partners Network and local area coordination of the Early Careers Framework for early career teachers and initial teaching training. Rob enjoys working as a NACE Associate, co-conducting NACE Challenge Award accreditations, and delivering CPD sessions at NACE conferences. |
