| Neil is an English teacher at Chesterton Community College, a mixed state comprehensive school in Cambridge. For the Eastern Learning Alliance, the Trust headed by the College, he leads on developing academic writing and oracy across the subject disciplines. He is interested in any idea that contributes to creating challenging, exciting and meaningful learning in schools. Areas of current focus are dialogic teaching cultures and underachievement in more able students. |
