| Andrew Johnston is an Assistant Headteacher at NACE Challenge Award-accredited Copthorne Primary School, with responsibility for leading on Challenge and Early Years. Andrew is passionate about high-quality teacher education which has a lasting impact of teachers and their pedagogy. He has designed and delivered a wealth of evidence-based teacher development programmes for teachers and school leaders. These have included developing provision for more able pupils, modelling curriculum design and developing metacognition. As a NACE Associate, Andrew plans and delivers training programmes, often with a specialist focus on teaching more able learners in Primary and Early Years. |
