| Barbara as been an associate of NACE for over a decade. She is an independent consultant and advisor with an Ofsted background, and specialises in supporting school improvement through effective leadership and management. She is an experienced advisor on more able provision and has carried out consultancy and assessments for the NACE Challenge Award both in the UK and abroad for the last 20 years. Her international portfolio includes training teachers in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, France, Malta and The Hague, and professional development assignments for NACE in countries including Chile and Malta. Barbara is currently one of the Vice Presidents of the English Speaking Union ESU, having been a trustee for 6 years. Her additional expertise includes being a qualified transformative coach. |
