Opening Doors to Ambitious English To ensure as many schools can join as possible and maximise the benefit of networking and discussion amongst the delegate group, we have moved the first event to September, meaning the whole programme will now take place within the 2024/25 academic year. A new bespoke CPD programme for primary schools beginning in September 2024 consisting of 5 events throughout the year. Please note, sessions 1 and 5 are in person, the others are held online however this programme is available for International schools or those with difficulty travelling, as there will be remote access to sessions one and five if required. Run by Bob Cox, author of the Opening Doors series, this programme is designed to: - support principles and strategies for ambitious English for every pupil.
- enable schools to adapt high pitch approaches to whatever curriculum route or package they may be using.
- enable a range of quality text to quality writing routes to make an ongoing classroom impact.
- explore how advanced learners can be constantly nurtured and challenged in terms of English provision.
Cost per delegate: NACE members: £300; non-members: £600 (+VAT) Three Opening Doors books included for all delegates. Registration to this event will automatically enroll you on the full programme of five sessions (please see detail below).
