Preparing for the revised EYFS framework: live Q&A session with Dr Julian Grenier

This webinar aims to support EYFS leaders and practitioners as they prepare for September and the revised Early Years Foundation Stage framework. In conversation with Dr Julian Grenier, the session explores key changes to be aware of and how Development Matters can be used to inform your planning, with a particular focus on maintaining high ambitions for learners. The webinar is hosted by NACE EYFS Curriculum Adviser Emma Tibbitts.
 
Julian GrenierDr Julian Grenier is the headteacher of Sheringham Nursery School and Children’s Centre in Newham, east London. Sheringham is a Research School. Julian was appointed by the Department for Education to lead on the 2020 revision of Development Matters, the non-statutory guidance for the Early Years Foundation Stage in England. He has worked in the early years for over 20 years and has a Doctorate in Education from the UCL Institute of Education (University of London). He tweets  @juliangrenier.
 
Emma TibbittsEmma Tibbitts has over a decade’s experience of teaching and leading across the early years and primary phase, including positions as head of school, vice principal, and lead EYFS consultant across a large federation of schools. As NACE’s EYFS Curriculum Adviser, Emma leads on the development of EYFS training programmes and resources. She is the author of NACE’s EYFS resource set and will lead a three-part online course for EYFS practitioners and leaders in the summer term – find out more.
