Manage your profile and payments

 

Log in and update your profile

Log in and review your profile details. Make sure the information is correct, add additional information and upload a profile photo.


Forgotten your password?

No problem – simply enter your username and click on the “reset password” button on the login page. An automated email will be sent with a link allowing you to reset your password.


Manage your payments

Your school’s lead NACE contact will be sent all communications about payments. The lead contact can view, manage and make payments online. Alternatively, they can print off or forward invoices to the school bursar/finance department for payment by Bacs or cheque. Please let us know if your lead contact changes.

Membership invoices are sent to the lead contact via email and post around a week before the renewal date. All other invoices are generated at point of sale.

If you are unable to access an invoice please contact finance@nace.co.uk or call us on 01235 425002.

You will receive an email reminder 30 days before your membership is due for renewal. At this stage you can generate your invoice and make payment by following these steps.

To access your invoices:

  • Log in to your school’s main account. (If you are unsure how to do this contact finance@nace.co.uk or call us on 01235 425002.)
  • Click on “My Profile” at the top right of the screen. You should then see a “Welcome” message in the top menu bar – click on this and select “Account & Settings”.
  • Choose “Payments & History” from the left-hand vertical menu. This will show you any current or past invoices, with the option to filter by invoice status.
  • You have the option to pay by credit card, or to download the invoice and pay by Bacs or cheque. To view and print the invoice, click on the “View Invoice/Receipt” link (see screenshot below).

If you have been sent a direct link to view an invoice, you will see a screen like the one shown below. Again, you have the option to pay by credit card, or to download the invoice and pay by Bacs or cheque.

Making payment for membership renewal if your invoice is not yet available

If you have not yet received your invoice for membership renewal and would like to make a payment in advance, you can do so up to 30 days ahead of your renewal date by following these steps.
