Feedback from live session attendees:
“A really thoughtful and practical guide to help staff responsible for more able provision across a department or school.”
“Gave me many new ideas to think about and explained MA policy as integral to a whole culture within the school and not a bolt-on.”
“Having been away on maternity leave, this is a great refresher of the key priorities in re-establishing quality provision for the most able and all learners.”
“Clear structure and delivery, excellent presenter, good signposting to further resources.”
“Absolutely brilliant. After the session I felt enthusiastic and inspired to lead our school's more able provision.”
“This was a fantastic webinar. It helped me to see exactly what I should be doing as part of my role.”
“Really thorough, extremely useful advice for me, as someone who has recently come into the post. I have lots of ideas now and know where to go for resources.”
“As a senior leader, not the lead for MA, having these pointers has given me a indication of how to support the staff that I mentor, ITT and NQT staff. I lead in policy development and the slides about policy will help me in support the MA lead in review our current policy.”
“A very important agenda with the children's rights and entitlement at the heart. This will change the outcomes for pupils and will support the future for children, this is needed now more than ever.”
“A good mix of a theoretical background and practical, hands-on tips, which allow you to think in the here and now about your own context and how these ideals – and then ideas – can be applied.”
