Module 7. The potential of coaching to enhance your effectiveness as a more able lead
This module covers:
- Understanding of the basic theory of coaching
- Essential coaching skills and how to use them
- The language of coaching that can have an impact – framing effective questions
- Practical ways you can coach that lead to change – how ‘nudge’ can help you
This is part of our seven-part on-demand modular course for those leading on provision for more able learners.
A school-wide 6-month licence for each individual module and associated resources can be purchased for £75 (NACE members) / £125 (non-members). Alternatively, the full set of seven modules (18-month licence) can be purchased exclusively by NACE members for £450. All prices are +VAT.
Please note: we will issue you a single login to access the module(s). This can be shared with colleagues within your school and/or used to display course content for a group of staff within your school.
