What schools say...
“We entered the session slightly sceptical but positive and within four hours, we both knew exactly what we needed to do in order to take MA and T forward in our school. [… Our NACE consultant] has given us the confidence to approach
MA and T with enthusiasm in our school and as result of his support we have taken great strides forward already in terms of developing a MA and T Policy, completed a full school audit and developed an action plan for the next
academic year.”
- Ann Roberts, Assistant Headteacher, Pennaeth Cynorthwyol
“The whole staff CPD has led to development of practice across the curriculum and the focus on challenge has involved school-based CPD, external expert training and sharing best practice across the school and federation. Furthermore,
the Challenge Award has helped develop both the SLT and the leadership of the More Able Lead. The school now has a shared, clear vision that has the verification of a very robust and rigorous framework and assessment process.”
– Richard Sproson, Principal, King Richard School, Cyprus
“I have really valued having a NACE mentor as she has so much professional knowledge to impart and offers it in an accessible and articulate way that suits my individual post and therefore it is tailor-made to the school too.”
– Debbie Carrick, More Able Coordinator, Ewell Castle School
“Excellent tutor – enthusiastic, knowledgeable and all materials were relevant for the primary phase. All staff were fully engaged.”
– Julia Adams, Headteacher, Y Bont Faen Primary School
