This immersive school visit will include:
- Overview of the journey to gaining Challenge Award accreditation and reaccreditation
- Improving the quality of teaching and outcomes for learners
- How the NACE Challenge Framework criteria can be used to create a whole-school ethos of success
- Pedagogical practices to support and challenge pupils
- Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and developing effective learning behaviours so they are ready to face challenges
- Q&A: opportunity to ask questions about the school and aspects covered earlier in the day, as well as questions about the NACE Challenge Framework and/or Challenge Award accreditation and reaccreditation.
Questions can be submitted in advance and will be used to tailor the focus of the day.

This opportunity is aimed at school leaders, challenge/more able coordinators and others leading on provision for more able learners and high attainment in a school or group of schools. It is open to leaders and practitioners from all phases, sectors and stages
of development in provision for more able learners – including schools with no previous experience of the NACE Challenge Framework, as well as those already using the Framework and/or holding the NACE Challenge Award.
