About the school
Julian's Primary School is a large and growing primary school with 971 pupils aged from 4-11, situated in Streatham, London. We benefit from having an ethnically diverse intake, with 44% having English as an additional language, 21% of pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium, and 16% registered as having SEND. We first earned the NACE Challenge Award in December 2016, with reaccreditations in June 2020 and June 2024. We are keen to achieve Challenge Ambassador status by 2026.
We aim to be outstanding in every aspect, developing our distinctive ethos and pushing the boundaries of excellence to create a positive and supportive environment for all children without exception. As a Centre of Excellence in Inclusion, our vision is to remove barriers to learning and participation, to provide an education that is appropriate to children’s needs, and to promote high standards and the fulfilment of potential for all children.
