School review and audit tools
NACE Curriculum Audit: a comprehensive tool to support curriculum review at whole-school, subject or departmental level, with a focus on ensuring high-quality provision for more able learners and challenge for all. Available free for NACE members or for purchase
by non-members, with supporting consultancy available to all.
NACE Assessment Audit: quality framework to support schools’ evaluation of assessment aims, practices, and the extent to which there is consistent whole-school implementation with a resulting positive impact on pupils’ learning and achievement.
We offer a half-day consultancy to support schools working with either of these audit tools.
Consultancy, coaching and mentoring
Ask NACE:a 1-2-1 support call offering an external perspective and guidance on a specific area of teaching and learning, policy or practice for more able learners.
More in-depth support: our consultancy, coaching and mentoring services provide contextualised, tailored support from experienced education professionals, supporting individual and organisational development. This support can be provided remotely or on-site, and
is suitable for senior leaders, more able leads/coordinators, curriculum leaders and other teachers with management responsibilities.

Challenge Development Programme
The NACE Challenge Development Programmeoffers a comprehensive programme of support for school leaders who are uncompromising in their ambition to ensure more able learners achieve their potential, in the context of challenge for all.
The programme is founded on the NACE Challenge Framework, a well-established tool for school self-evaluation and action planning, with accompanying Handbook and resources. Supporting consultancy and CPD are available.
Working with the Challenge Development Programme can lead to NACE Challenge Award accreditation, marking high-quality whole-school provision for more able learners, in the context of challenge for all.
