Member meetup: Leading on more able

Free meetup for NACE members – exploring the role of the more able lead, common challenges and responses, and how to coordinate an effective whole-school approach. Registration closes 6 June; register as soon as possible to secure your place.

16 June 2023, New College, University of Oxford OX1 3BN

As your school’s designated lead for more able learners and challenge for all, how can you most effectively fulfil this role? What are the key responsibilities for yourself and others in the school? And how can you overcome the challenges you might face – including misconceptions, inconsistency, and staff workload – to turn this into a truly whole-school endeavour with benefits for all?

This NACE member meetup is dedicated to sharing guidance, ideas and experiences from across our network – with the opportunity to learn from leading NACE Associates, high-performing schools in this field, and to discuss challenges, solutions and potential impact with peers.

Hosted by New College, University of Oxford, the day will also include a networking lunch, and will close with the option to complete a guided tour of the historic college grounds.
