About the school

Southend High School for Boys has a longstanding relationship with NACE and has demonstrated sustained excellence in more able provision and challenge for all. In November 2022, it became one of the first two schools to attain NACE Challenge Ambassador School status, as well as becoming the first school to attain the NACE Challenge Award for the fifth time.

Who should attend?

This opportunity is aimed at school leaders, more able coordinators and others leading on provision for more able learners and high attainment in a school or group of schools. It is open to leaders and practitioners from all phases, sectors and stages of development in provision for more able learners – including schools with no previous experience of the NACE Challenge Framework, as well as those already using the Framework and/or holding the NACE Challenge Award.
