About the school

Osmani Primary is a high achieving two form entry, inner city school located in Whitechapel, East London. Approximately one third of pupils are eligible for free school meals. The school first achieved the NACE Challenge Award in 2017 and will be assessed for the third time in the summer term of this academic year.

The school’s vision is to develop an inclusive school which promotes and achieves excellence for all pupils.  Challenge is at the heart of the school’s practice for all learners so that they are ready to face the emerging opportunities for the 21st century.  Through the school’s ethos of embracing new challenges, developing positive learning behaviours and emotional resilience as well as a creative curriculum and adaptive teaching strategies, all pupils feel a sense of success.
