This half-day workshop offers practical support to help school leaders and coordinators assess their current stage of working with the NACE Challenge Framework, and create (or update) a clear action plan for their school. The session will include opportunities to review examples of effective practice, evidence-gathering and action-planning; discuss and develop ideas with peers; and to identify your own school’s strengths and areas for development. Delegates will leave with a clear understanding of next steps for their school, with templates and guidance provided to support effective action planning, plus information about additional support available from NACE.
